- JWyatt, the intent is not that the officer doesn't get saluted while still in the military. The intent is for the attacker to be tried for the crime rather than swept under the rug as happens now. Then IF convicted, the attacker MUST be discharged.

- I would love to see their breakfast hours extended. I love egg mcmuffin's and they aren't too fattening. I could see me eating one for lunch. Often I want one for a late breakfast - around 10 - 1030 and on the weekdays that is too late.

- I used to think tenure was a ridiculous system too. Then I began to teach. Without tenure, teachers are forced to pass students who have no business being passed. If not, the teacher is not invited back to teach courses the next semester. Another problem is research related.

- I don't care what they put on their menu, as a woman, I will not patronize an establishment that discriminates when hiring based upon breast size or looks. If you want them to be scantily clad, I can live with that. However, you need to hire based upon ability to wait on tables not looks.

- It seems some of this site either didn't read the article or are having trouble with their reading comprehension. The reason they are apologizing to Canada and not Mexico is because of the intent of the law which was to make sure licenses can be understood by those only speaking English in Florida.

- I doubt that most merchants would round up a price tag from 4.99 to 5.00. I think they would mark the item as 4.95 rather than 5.00 because they want us to think of the item as costing 4 not 5 dollars or as being less than 5.00.
